Custom Order Policies and Procedures

• Make your color and/or button choice by referring to color swatches & button chart links on the right.

• Custom orders take time. Plan ahead! It can take 7-10 days to make your cover.
• Custom fees start at $25, depending on the product. This covers any change; button or color or button and color, in most formats. Larger, more complicated products are priced accordingly.

• Your unique product creation is a non-returnable final sale.
• To report a problem or defect with your order you must contact us within 2 weeks of receipt.
• Submit your custom order request using the Custom Order Form and following Steps 1 and 2 below.

Custom Colors and Buttons Available on These Products Only and Only in the Image Designs Offered for Each. Click the product link to see image/design selections and product details.

• Journals: Small, Large and XL*
• Notebook Covers: Large and Pocket
• Icon Journals (Outer cover color only)
• Portfolios: Small and Large* 
• Composition Notebooks

* Note: XL Journal/Sketchbook and Large Portfolios are constructed using three pieces of leather. The back and spine are made with black leather by design. Tooling appears on the front side only, as the spine piece makes wrapping images impossible. 
The customization fee for an all-over color change (back and spine in colored leather, pending approval) is $45. Sorry, tooling on the back is NOT available.
